Provide logistics, inspection, maintenance services for long storage tubular and unstuffing Service. Scope of works are including inspection, OD/ID cleaning & coating of long storage pipes and unstuffing pipes from 40 ft containers, provide transportation, crane and manpower. For Mubadala (Year 2017-2020)
Provide Preservation, Inspection Service and Unstuffing Service of Pipes for Block G11. Scope of works are including OD/ID cleaning and coating of long storage pipes, inspection of new tubular and unstuffing pipes from 40 ft containers. Approximate 8,000 joints/year. Location : Songkhla, Thailand.
For PTTEP INTERNATIONAL (JUNE 2019 – PRESENT)
Provide inspection service for new/long storage tubular for Project L53/43 & L54/43 at Suphanburi and SP EU1 Project at Sin Phu Hom, Udon Thani. Scope of services are including VTI, VBI, FLD, tally length and re-dope quantity 7,500 joints. Location : Suphanburi & Udon Thani, Thailand
For PTTEP SIAM (YEAR 2017 – PRESENT)
Pipe Management Service Contract. Scope of services are including storage yard, inspection, preservation and repair service. Approximate 100,000 joints per year or 40,000 MT/Year. Location : Lanrabue, Kamphaengphet, Thailand
PTTEP PIPE MANAGEMENT SERVICE CONTRACT (MAY 2016 – SEP 2017)
Supply OCTG from HYST and TPCO Pan Asia
PTTEP Pipe management contract for both Lankrabue and Songkhla, approximate 50,000 MT/annual or 150,000 joints/annual). It is a new project for PTTEP for long-term Pipe Management service contract. Work scope is to trucking pipes from incoming port by trailer and delivery to storage yard in Lankrabue and Songkhla, pipe stacking & storage, OCTG inspection, delivery good pipes to rigs as per 24hrs advance notice call-off, and Re-inspection, preservation and repair service of long storage pipes / backload pipes
For UMW / CPOC / TPCO
some of problems which other competitors cannot do or provide then Onshore Services and Supply was appointed to do from said company, such cheaper trucking, crane, experienced crews to handling with OCTG in yard or work shop, opening jammed protectors for casing size 7” to 20” which no one can do it.
For TPCO Pan Asia Supply OCTG to CPOC (APR 2012 – PRESENT)
To do pre-service and inspection for CPOC shipment including VTI/VBI/FLD before delivery to CPOC Songkhla Supply Base since April 2015 until present, approximate 5,500 MT/annual or 10,000 joints/annual.
For Ranong (service support to PT Citra , Parami and TPA)
There was some shipments from PTTEPI contractors found different rejections such handling or quality. Onshore Services is engaged to support them as well. Such services include ID/OD clean & coat, pipe segregation, and etc.
FOR PTTEP INTERNATIONAL (JUL 2013 – PRESENT)
To support operation for Myanmar Assets for Block M3/M11/Zawtika Project (Offshore Asset) and PSC-G/EP-2/MOGE-3 (Onshore Asset). This is the service contract for Provision of Pre-running and Preservation of Tubular Goods. To perform new arrival tubular inspection including VTI/VBI/FLD. Further on it to perform a preservation service for Stock Pipe and Rig Return Tubular including external cleaning and coating, internal cleaning and coating.
For PTTEP Siam (Year 2014)
In Y2012 recondition B6 and Rattana1 casing and tubing from 2.3/8”, 3.1/2”, 4.1/2” Tubing and 7”, 9.5/8”, 13.3/8” and 20” Casing. Furthermore, in Y2014 perform service recondition non-movement stock tubular in PTTEP S1 Matl Yard approx. 3,000 Jts of tubing 2.3/8” upto casing 13.3/8” which include VTI/VBI/FLD, UTM, External Clean & Coat, Internal Clean & Coat.
For TPCO Pan Asia Supply OCTG to PTTEP (SEP 2013 – SEP 2016)
Continue to do pre-service and inspection for PTTEP shipment including VTI/VBI/FLD before delivery to PTTEP yard at Songkhla base, Lankrabue base and Suphanburi Base since September 2013 until present, approximate 40,000 MT/annual or 100,000 joints/annual.
For Tubular Resources Supply OCTG to PTTEP (MAY 2012 – SEP 2013)
To do pre-service and inspection for PTTEP shipment before delivery to PTTEP yard at Songkhla base and Lankrabue base since May 2012 until September 2013.
For Chevron; Supply OCTG from TPCO Pan Asia and Tubular Product Services Co., Ltd. (JUL 2012 – JUL 2016)
This is 3+1+1 contract for Chevron supply chain management for both Songkhla and Sattahip, approximate 500 wells per annual (70,000 MT/annual or 200,000 joints/annual). It is a continue work for Chevron from July 2012 until present. Work scope, receiving pipe from import shipment by trailer and port delivery to storage yard, stacking, service inspection, delivery good pipes to rigs when call-off, and Re-inspection & service of Backload pipes.
For Chevron; Supply OCTG from Tubular Resources under company name Oilfield Services Co., Ltd (APR 2007- DEC 2012)
Service contract for Chevron Thailand for Songkhla and Sattahip supply chain management about 1500 wells oil and gas (approx. 500,000 joints during execute contract). Done service maintenance and inspection without any lost time. And won the best contractor award for 3 years of 5 years.
